Privacy Policy
Effective October 13, 2026
AMIGA LLC (“AMIGA,” “we,” or “us”) provides training, coaching, and organizational learning support. This policy explains how information is handled through amigallc.com, our inquiry and registration forms, and our related customer communications.
Questions or privacy requests: alex@amigallc.com. Please describe your request without sending confidential case information or payment-card details.
1. Information we collect
- Inquiries and requested resources: your name, email, organization, role, phone number where requested, interests, and the information you choose to include in a message or form.
- Accounts and registrations: account and contact details, profession, organization, registration information, and records needed to manage sign-in and access.
- Purchases: order details, billing and delivery information, payment status, and communications about an order. Payment details are handled through the payment services presented at checkout.
- Website activity: IP address, browser and device information, pages and links visited, referral sources, approximate location, and interactions such as form submissions. Cookies, analytics tags, form-journey tools, and hosting logs can collect this information.
- Communications and preferences: messages, permission to follow up, subscription choices, and requests to stop receiving optional communications.
Required fields are identified on the form or checkout screen. You can leave optional fields blank. Please use fictional or nonidentifying examples; our general website forms are not a place to submit client, patient, student, child-welfare, personnel, or other confidential records.
2. How information is used and shared
We use information to respond to requests, discuss and deliver services, provide requested resources, administer accounts and registrations, process orders, manage customer support, maintain website security, understand website use, and measure responses to our marketing.
AMIGA team members responsible for your inquiry, account, order, or service may access the relevant records. Information is also processed through the systems that support those activities:
- Website and forms: our WordPress website is hosted through GoDaddy. Forms use WPForms; submissions and related messages may be retained in the website and email systems. Some inquiry forms connect to HubSpot for follow-up.
- Purchases and fulfillment: WordPress purchases use WooCommerce and the payment service shown at checkout. Our merchandise shop uses Shopify. Order and delivery details are shared with the providers needed to process payment, produce an item, and deliver it, including Printify and its production partners where applicable.
- Analytics and advertising: Google receives website activity and device information through the tools described below.
- Legal and security needs: information may be disclosed when needed to comply with a legal obligation, respond to a valid legal request, address fraud or security incidents, or protect lawful rights.
Providers may also process information under their own policies, including Shopify’s privacy policy and Google’s privacy policy. A provider’s policy does not remove AMIGA’s responsibilities for the information we handle.
3. Cookies, analytics, and advertising
Cookies and similar technologies support sign-in, account connections, shopping carts, security, and website measurement. The main website uses Google Analytics and Google Ads tags. These tools can send Google page addresses, device and browser identifiers, IP addresses, and information about activity such as visits or completed actions.
Google may use that information for measurement and, depending on settings, advertising personalization. These disclosures may be considered “sharing” or “targeted advertising” under applicable privacy laws. Read how Google uses information from partner sites.
The main WordPress website currently loads these tags without a separate on-site cookie-preference panel. You can manage or block cookies through your browser, use the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on, and manage Google ad personalization in My Ad Center. Turning off ad personalization does not stop all measurement. Blocking cookies may affect sign-in and checkout. Controls offered within Shopify apply to that shop or checkout.
4. Becoming MI™ Practice Lab
The Practice Lab at practice.amigallc.com has a detailed privacy notice and account controls covering saved learning, reflections, invitations, courses, AI conversation practice, and export or deletion.
When you authorize the AMIGA account connection, WordPress shares your account ID, name, email, organization, and profession with the Lab. Your WordPress password is not shared with the Lab. Creating or connecting an account does not by itself subscribe you to marketing or purchase a membership.
Please read the Lab’s notice before saving work or using AI conversation practice, and keep identifying information about real people out of practice activities. Deleting a Lab profile and resolving a separate website purchase or account are different requests.
5. Your choices and privacy requests
You may contact alex@amigallc.com to ask about information AMIGA holds, correct account details, request deletion, or stop optional marketing messages. Use “Privacy request” in the subject line and identify the email address or service involved. You can also use an unsubscribe link when one is provided. Necessary messages about an order, account, or service may continue.
Depending on where you live and which laws apply, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of personal information; withdraw consent; or opt out of sale, sharing, targeted advertising, or certain profiling. Requests are subject to applicable exceptions and verification. We may ask for enough information to confirm your identity or an authorized agent’s authority. Please do not send identity documents unless we arrange an appropriate way to receive them.
We will address requests within the time required by applicable law. If we cannot fulfill a request, you can ask for a review by replying to our response. You may also contact your applicable privacy regulator. We will not penalize you for exercising rights protected by law.
6. Retention and security
Retention depends on the record’s purpose, account and service needs, payment or tax obligations, dispute resolution, and other applicable requirements. There is no single automatic deletion period for every website, form, and order record. A request to delete information is reviewed against those needs and any legal preservation obligations; copies may remain in backups until those backups are replaced.
The website uses encrypted web connections and account-access controls. No online service or email system can promise complete security. Protect your password, use your own account, and contact us if you believe account information has been exposed.
7. Children and international access
Our professional learning website and account features are intended for adults. We do not intentionally request personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided information through the site, contact us so we can assess and address it.
AMIGA operates in the United States. Our service providers may process information in the United States and other countries. Privacy protections and applicable rights may differ by location.
8. Changes and contact
We will update the effective date when this policy changes and provide additional notice or obtain consent where required for a material change. For questions about this policy or a request involving your information, contact AMIGA at alex@amigallc.com.
