TRAIN-THE-TRAINER & LICENSING

Bring AMIGA’s learning into your organization.

Become capable of teaching AMIGA’s material, prepare trainers within your agency, or license content for delivery across a larger organization or region. We shape the preparation and agreement around the people you want to reach and the work they do.

Tell us what you have in mind. We will help you identify a useful starting point.

FIND YOUR PATHWAY

Start with the capacity you want to build.

Trainer preparation and content licensing can be combined. You do not need to know the final arrangement before contacting us.

FOR INDIVIDUALS

Become an AMIGA trainer

Develop your ability to facilitate AMIGA’s material and support learning in your area of practice. Begin with your experience, the content you want to teach, and the audiences you hope to serve.

THE MATERIAL YOU CAN TEACH

Build around the work your learners need to handle.

Ask–Offer–Ask

Help people explain expectations, share information, and hold boundaries while listening and responding to the other person’s perspective.

One- or two-day Adaptive MI training

Prepare to facilitate AMIGA’s workshop experience, including the purpose of each activity, realistic practice, and feedback that participants can use.

Field Coaching

Develop the ability to help practitioners prepare, practice, examine their reasoning, and use feedback in the responsibilities they carry.

Supervisor Development

Explore preparation to teach and support coaching that develops worker judgment, clarifies expectations, and connects learning with everyday supervision.

Each pathway has its own preparation and delivery scope. A one- or two-day workshop describes the learning experience you may teach; trainer preparation is agreed separately.

HOW WE BUILD CAPABILITY

Preparation follows the material and your starting point.

We look at what a trainer can explain, demonstrate, facilitate, and respond to in practice. The aim is to prepare people to support learning in their setting.

  1. Explore fit and intended use

Discuss your experience, audience, language, delivery setting, and the material you want to use.

  2. Agree the preparation and scope

Set out the content, trainer preparation, materials, delivery permissions, support, schedule, and fees in a proposal.

  3. Practice and review facilitation

Work with the selected material, rehearse facilitation and feedback, and review what participants need to experience. Identify further preparation where needed.

  4. Deliver with an agreed support plan

Confirm readiness and the scope of delivery. Plan how questions, updates, feedback, and continuing development will be handled.

A CLEAR DELIVERY AGREEMENT

Flexibility for your organization, with shared expectations.

Licensing gives your organization an agreed basis for using and disseminating AMIGA’s training content. We work through the practical details with you before delivery begins.

Audience and reach

Which teams, sites, partner organizations, or geographic areas will be covered; who will facilitate; and how delivery will be organized.

Materials and adaptation

Which content and facilitator or participant materials are included, how they may be shared or adapted, language needs, and how AMIGA is acknowledged.

Preparation and continuing support

The preparation trainers need, how facilitation will be reviewed, and the coaching, consultation, or content updates included in the arrangement.

Schedule, term, and fees

The delivery timetable, length of the agreement, renewal arrangements, and pricing. Costs depend on the content, preparation, reach, and support you need.

Tell us the level of flexibility you need. Permission to train others or distribute materials is confirmed in the written agreement; this interest form begins that conversation.

QUESTIONS BEFORE YOU BEGIN

A few practical answers.

Do I need to be an experienced MI trainer?

Tell us about your MI practice, facilitation experience, and setting. We will discuss whether the pathway fits and what preparation would be useful for the material you want to teach.

Can we arrange training across multiple sites or a region?

Yes. We can discuss licensing for a larger organization, network, or region, including internal trainers, delivery partners, and scheduling flexibility within the agreed scope.

Does expressing interest enroll or authorize me as a trainer?

No. We first discuss fit, preparation, and scope. Trainer authorization and permission to use or distribute AMIGA materials are agreed separately. Attending a workshop does not automatically confer those permissions.

Can we discuss English or Spanish delivery?

Yes. Include your preferred language in the form. We will confirm the preparation, materials, and facilitation support available for your intended delivery.

START A CONVERSATION

Tell us what you would like to make possible.

A brief inquiry is enough. Alexander will review your interest and follow up about fit, preparation, and an appropriate next step.

Independent practitioners and trainers are welcome.
For example: your state or country, organization, network, or region.
Which material or support interests you?
A few sentences are enough. Tell us who you want to prepare or reach. Add timing, approximate scale, and prior MI or facilitation experience if helpful. Please leave out identifying client or case information.
